Enough by Adam Hamilton - New 4 Week Small Group Study: Meets Sunday evenings starting November 11 at 6 pm in the home of Rodney & Abby Miller in Bristow. Sign up on your Connect Card just in time for the holiday season. Money has great power in our lives. Finances used unwisely can become a source of pain and problems, even for the most prudent and thoughtful people. Enough is an invitation to rediscover the Bible's wisdom when it comes to prudent financial practices. This study could change your relationship with money.

Loch Lomond Elementary School Looking for Readers: Like to read? Can you spare 15 minutes or more a day to read to children or listen to them read? We are looking to form a group of individuals that are willing to volunteer at our partner school, Loch Lomond ES (near Yorkshire) any day of the week to read to some of the children (or listen to them read). This would be during school hours, generally between 9 AM and 3:30 PM but the time is up to you. Questions? Contact Lori Perez at 703-967- 8863. Thank you for considering this mission opportunity to practice our belief that our God supplies MORE THAN ENOUGH. Sign up today on your Connect Card.

Winter Coats for Children in Need: The weather has turned cold and many children are going to be without a winter coat. The Missions Committee is again gathering winter coats, hats and gloves for our partner school, Loch Lomond Elementary School. Could you buy an extra coat for a child? They need all sizes for both genders from Youth extra small to Adult medium/large. They are also in need of sweatshirts and sweatpants of the same sizes. Grade levels are kindergarten through 5th grade. We know we have more than enough so let us all share what we have. Look for the large box in the Narthex to place your donations in through the month of November. Thank you for all you do for those in need.

Join us for worship as the music ministry shares the joy of the season through dramatic readings and music.  The 8:15 and 11 am services will feature a full orchestra and the chancel choir.  The 9:40 am service will feature the Praise Band.

Charge Conference:  Saturday, November 17, 1 pm.  Alexandria District Superintendent, Jeff Mickle, will lead us as we celebrate our ministries, gather for worship, share a variety of church reports and vote on items as needed.
