When we all realized COVID-19 was going to impact church services and ministry that occured in the building, we responded quickly. In a matter of days, we made tough decisions, moved services online, figured out new technology like Zoom, stopped doing some things, and started doing other things. While the building may be closed indefinitely, our ministry continues. Below is a quick overview of the ways we are currently doing church:
To participate in ANY worship gathering, event or small group physically held at St. Thomas UMC, every person must complete the health form (link below) at least four days in advance of the gathering. This form is good for one week from the time it is completed. This means that if a person is participating in multiple gatherings within that week time frame, only one form must be completed (i.e worship on Sunday, committee meeting on Tuesday).

Currently, our church building is closed to the general public for worship services and all other ministry activities. The Sunbeam Children's Center (first floor only) remains open for childcare of essential personnel only. The Food Pantry building is also operational for essential personnel and volunteers throughout the week and on Saturday mornings.
