Tuesday Night Prayer Service

6:30 – 7:00 PM in the Sanctuary, Sept - Mid-Junecommune with us

*In response to COVID-19 Tuesday Night Worship is cancelled at this time.  Please join us for livestream worship on Sunday mornings at 10 am.*

Child care is available in the nursery during worship

The prayer and communion service is designed to help equip leaders and others in the church with a richer and deeper spiritual life.  We are reminded in Philippians 2:5, “In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.”  Our aim is to help leaders to be more in step with Christ as they carry out the work of the church to share God’s love.

It also offers another opportunity for members who have been out of town or unable to attend on Sunday to still attend worship during the week.  Because we believe worship is a vital spiritual practice that keeps us in step with Christ’s will for our lives, we encourage everyone to grow towards the spiritual discipline of weekly worship.

Prayer & Communion Service

  • Because we have leaders growing out of both our traditional and contemporary services, the music for our Tuesday night services draws from both expressions over the course of the month.
  • Usig Amy G. Oden’s book, “God’s Welcome” as a springboard, our Tuesday night worship experience this year will explore God’s radical hospitality and its implication for us as a congregation.   Each gathering will focus on a different aspect of hospitality in the Bible, offer time for prayer, singing and communion. Come and be fed at God’s table of grace.
