Paul and Nancy Gieschen

Paul and Nancy Gieschen - Reaching, Teaching, and Training Internationals for His Kingdom's Work.

They have an extensive ministry with international post-doc researchers and visiting scholars who are primarily Chinese.  Some are Master's or PhD students.  They are mostly working at Emory University, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, or the CDC.  Many are in the U.S. for one year or less.  Despite the pandemic, their Sunday morning International Discovery class continues on, having an average of 20+ students now via the internet.  In fact, because of the internet, many of the members of the class are presently in China or different parts of the U.S., and many of those are influencing and encouraging others to seek the Lord and join the class.  They are anticipating in the near future three Discovery classes; one in person, one by internet and one in the Chinese language (which is already functioning now).

Paul and Nancy also continue writing inductive Bible studies for use in the Discovery class, but they are also now being used in several other locations around the United States by others working in international ministries.

Finally, they continue to serve as advisors and encouragers of a fledgling Chinese church meeting in Atlanta.

*  Currently, our regularly scheduled worship on Sunday morning & Tuesday evening is suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus restrictions.
