Throughout 2019, the Church Council commissioned an ad hoc team to create a new three-year strategic plan.  This team was called the SPARK team and the outgrowth of their work together is reflected in the 2020 - 2022 strategic plan, which may be accessed by clicking below.

ST. THOMAS 2020 - 2022 STRATEGIC PLAN

Beginning in 2020, a new team of individuals has been called to help implement the plan and ensure accountability across all ministry areas and leadership teams within the community.  This team is called the IGNITE Team and its purpose is to fan the flames of faith so that all children, teens, and adults within the community are excited about engaging the vision God has entrusted to the church.  Our prayerful hope is that by coming together with clarity around our values, mission, and vision for the future we will be more likely to accomplish what God has placed on our hearts to do and be.  Please find below the year end report for 2020 that celebrates the progress made and the work of ministry to be continued in 2021 and beyond.
