I have always loved nature and art and this led me 30 years ago to pursue a career as a professional illustrator/designer/instructor and as a certified dog trainer (specializing in positive training methods) with a mobile training service in NOVA. I love making art, reading books, listening to music, and though I don’t cook much, I have an appetite for watching cooking shows. I have two dogs, Jeeves and Diggity (my assistant coordinators) who are highly trained and serve as both service dogs and ‘demo’ dogs for my training classes. They proudly show off their skills to dogs and their owners.  I have volunteered at the St. Thomas Food Pantry since June 2020 and am pleased to join the team part-time, Monday – Fridays.  I look forward to serving and extending the reach into the community that the church offers and helping to nourish those in need.
