Zoom Meeting Request Form

To reserve the Zoom video conference line, please fill out the following information. You will then receive an email letting you know whether or not the line is available. If it is available, you will receive an access link and any necessary additional information. If it is not, available options for meeting will be suggested. ***All zoom calls will be automatically recorded in the cloud. To request a link of your recording to share with your team, just email Samantha. Recordings are typically available within 24 hours of your meeting and will delete after 30 days.
